Welcome to confessions of a cardiac runner. Why should I even care? Well, since 2002, I have been on a journey of getting my health back and went through different phases which I will share in this blog. I have come to appreciate the need to look at the world through a holistic view. I believe that health, professional, personal, and spiritual needs need to be in balance in our lives. If one is out of balance, your equilibrium gets out of wack and causes problems to surface in one of the areas.

Also, my wife and I joined Quixtar (www.quixtar.com) in November of 2007. We wanted something we do together but also it is allowing us to buy and sell products over the Internet.
